In continuation of our earlier communication to stock exchange, pursuant to the Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 vide our letter dated 5[th] November, 2018, we wish to inform you that the Company has successfully restarted its commercial production and operations at its plant situated at 192, Devikhera Road, Akrampur Industrial Area, Akrampur, Unnao, U.P. This plant produces Tortilla Chips, Ready to Eat Popcorn, Extruded Snacks and Centre filled Cereal Snacks etc.
