1. Dividend Distribution Policy : Pursuant to Regulation 43A of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 as amended by SEBI (LODR) (Second Amendment) Regulations, 2021 notified on May 5, 2021, the Board of Directors has approved and adopted a Dividend Distribution Policy, which would also be placed on the website of the Company www.atfoods.com

2. The Board of Directors has approved and accorded their consent to explore and finalize a suitable arrangement/agreement with any third party(ies) to grant rights to sell the products under the Company’s “Crystal” and/or “Healthy World” brand names to the best interest of the Company.
