We further wish to inform you that Dr V Anantha Nageswaran has also confirmed that there are no other material reasons for his resignation other than the one specified by him in his resignation letter. A copy of the resignation letter submitted by Dr V Anantha Nageswaran to the Board of Directors of the Company is attached herewith.
