With reference to the above mentioned subject, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors at their meeting held today (Thursday, June 11, 2020) have approved the appointment of Sri S Meenakshisundaram Chief Financial Officer as Additional Director (Designated as Whole Time Director and Chief Financial Officer) of the Company effective, June 11, 2020, for a period of 2 years.

Sri S Meenakshisundaram (DIN 00513901) is a qualified Chartered Accountant, Company Secretary, Cost and Management Accountant and holds a bachelor degree in law. Sri S Meenakshisundaram is not related to any of the Directors of the Company. He is not debarred from holding the office of Director by virtue of any SEBI order or any other such authority.

The Company will obtain the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting with respect to the above-mentioned appointment.
