With reference to the above mentioned subject, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors at their meeting held today(May 9, 2019) have approved the re-appointment of Sri R Srinivasan, Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company with effect from, September 22, 2019, for a period of 2 (two) years.

The Company will obtain the approval of the shareholders with respect to his appointment in due course.

Sri R Srinivasan (DIN 00043658) aged about 77 years is a Graduate in Engineering. He has expertise in engineering, finance and general management. He was the Former Managing Director of Widia India Limited (Now renamed as Kennametal India Limited). He has managerial experience spanning over 52 years. Sri R Srinivasan is not related to any of the Directors of the Company. He is not debarred from holding the office of Director by virtue of any SEBI order or any other such authority.
