FURTHER DELAY IN DESPATCH OF CIRCULAR

Reference is made to the announcements of Frontier Services Group Limited (the “ Company ”) dated 2 March 2018 and 23 March 2018 in relation to the Subscriptions. Capitalised terms used herein shall have the same meanings as those defined in the announcement dated 2 March 2018 unless the context requires otherwise.

As disclosed in the announcement dated 23 March 2018, the circular containing, among other things, further details of the Subscriptions, letters from the Independent Board Committee and the independent financial adviser regarding the CP Subscription and CP Specific Mandate, and a notice convening the SGM (the “ Circular ”) was postponed to be despatched by the Company to the Shareholders on or before 13 April 2018. However, as additional time is required to prepare and finalise the contents of the Circular, the despatch date of the Circular will be further postponed to a date falling on or before 27 April 2018.
