Suncorp Capital Notes 4 Offer – Postcard to Eligible Securityholders

Attached for the purpose of ASX Listing Rule 3.17.1, is a postcard being sent today to Eligible Securityholders who are:

• registered holders of Ordinary Shares, Capital Notes 1, Capital Notes 2 or Capital Notes 3 at 7:00pm (Sydney time) on 24 August 2021;

• shown on the applicable register as having an address in Australia; and

• not in the United States or acting for the account or benefit of a person in the United States.

This postcard includes information on participation under the Securityholder Offer component of the Capital Notes 4 Offer pursuant to the Prospectus separately lodged with ASIC and ASX today.

A similar email communication is being sent today to Eligible Securityholders.

Unless otherwise defined, capitalised words used in this announcement have the meanings given to them in the Prospectus.

Suncorp Capital Notes 4 Securityholder Off er

Suncorp Group Limited (“Suncorp”) has announced a Securityholder Off er to invest in a new ASX-listed Capital Note security.

Capital Notes 4 are perpetual, convertible, subordinated, unsecured notes and are scheduled to pay discretionary quarterly Distributions which are expected to be fully franked.

If you are considering applying for Suncorp Capital Notes 4 under the Off er, it is important that you read the Prospectus (and any replacement or supplementary Prospectus) in its entirety before deciding whether to invest.

Make an Application Payment

Application Payments must be made via BPAY® before the Off er closes. Payment by cheque or cash will not be accepted.
