Suncorp Group Limited announces intention to redeem SUNPD Suncorp Subordinated Notes
Suncorp Group Limited (ASX:SUN | ADR:SNMCY) ( Suncorp ) today announces its intention to redeem all 7.7 million SUNPD Suncorp Subordinated Notes ( Notes ) on the Optional Redemption Date of 22 November 2018.
In accordance with the Note Conditions, Suncorp may elect to redeem some or all of the Notes from 22 November 2018, subject to APRA’s prior written approval. The redemption has been approved by APRA.
Note Holders who are on the register on 14 November 2018 will be entitled to receive the face value of A$100.00 per Note plus the final interest payment of A$1.2111 per Note (together, Redemption Amount ), subject to the Note Conditions.
The key dates in relation to the redemption, which are indicative only and subject to change, are set out below.
