2021 Annual General Meeting
Suncorp (ASX: SUN | ADR: SNMCY) today confirmed its 2021 Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Thursday, 23 September 2021, as previously advised.
Further details regarding the arrangements for the AGM, including shareholder participation options, will be communicated in due course.
In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, Suncorp advised that the closing date for the receipt of nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a director is Thursday, 22 July 2021.
