SHUN CHEONG<0650> - Amendment to Results Announcement (advised by SHUN CHEONG) Following the release of the interim results announcement of Shun Cheong Holdings Limited (the "Company") released on Teletext on 14/12/2000, the Company subsequently notified the Exchange that due to unintentional typing error made by the Company in the remark (2) "Earnings Per Share", the weighted average number of ordinary shares for the purpose of diluted earnings per share for the six months ended 30 September 1999 should read as "329,582,747" instead of "329,985,757".
