This is to inform you that at the Meeting of the Board of Directors held on 12th November 2020 and the Remuneration Committee Meeting held earlier that day, Mr. Kalanithi Maran, Chairman and Mrs. Kavery Kalanithi, Executive Director have expressed their intention to voluntarily limit their remuneration (including salar y and exgratia/bonus) for the Current Financial Year 2020-21 to a sum not exceeding the remuneration (including salary and exgratia/bonus) last earn ed by them three years back in the Financial Year 2017-18 and they hav e retained the aforesaid remuneration for the subsequent Financial Years 2018-19, 2019-20 as well as for the Current Financial Year 2020-21. The Remun eration Committee and the Board of Directors have taken on record the same.
