Annual General Meeting Information
Sun Silver Limited ( ASX: SS1; OTCQX: SSLVF ) (“ Sun Silver ” or “ the Company ”) is pleased to advise that its Annual General Meeting will be held at 10:00am (AWST) on Monday, 25 May 2026, at Level 39, Central Park, 152-158 St Georges Terrace, Perth WA 6000.
In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, the Company advises that valid nominations for the position of director must be received by the Company prior to 5:00pm (AWST) on Thursday, 2 April 2026, being at least 35 business days before the date of the Meeting. Nominations must be in writing and sent by mail to the Company’s registered office.
