Further to the above, we wish to inform you that our above-referred subsidiary has acquired, on 10[th] March 2021,428,571 ordinary shares (equivalent to 12.5% fully diluted equity stake) of WRS Bioproducts Pty Ltd. by making the payment of AUD 2.0 Mn and complying with all requirements.
