Sub: Notice of Book Closure and details of 28[th] Annual General Meeting of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2020.

Dear Sir / Madam,

This is to inform you that the 28[th] Annual General Meeting of the shareholders of the Company would be held on Thursday, August 27, 2020 at 03:30 p.m. IST through Video Conferencing / Other AudioVisual Means (“28[th] AGM”).

Further, in accordance with Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform you that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Friday, August 21, 2020 till Thursday, August 27, 2020 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of holding of the 28[th] AGM and declaration and payment of final dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2020, subject to approval of the shareholders, at the 28[th] AGM.

Dividend, if approved at the 28[th] AGM, shall be paid to the equity shareholders of the Company whose name stand in the register of members as beneficial owners at the close of the business hours as on Thursday, August 20, 2020, as per the list provided by the National Securities Depository Limited and the Central Depository Services (India) Limited in respect of shares held in electronic form and as members in the register of members of the Company after giving effect to valid transmissions/ transpositions in physical form lodged with the Company on or before Thursday, August 20, 2020.

The payment of said final Dividend, subject to deduction of tax at source as applicable, shall be made on or before September 01, 2020.
