Reference: Our letter dated 17[th] May 2021 under reference No. SPARC/Sec/SE/2021-22/016 with subject ‘Notice of the Extra-ordinary General Meeting of the Company. ’

With reference to the Notice convening Extra-Ordinary General Meeting of the Company on Tuesday, 8[th] June 2021 at 04.00 p.m. IST, through Video Conferencing (“VC”)/ Other Audio Visual Means (“OAVM”), (‘EGM Notice’ ) the Company has issued a ‘clarificatory’ Corrigendum to the shareholders, which is enclosed herewith for your record & dissemination.

Please note that the Corrigendum is being issued as a measure of abundant precaution with limited intent to clarify on disclosures relating to ultimate beneficial owners made in the table of para 6 of the explanatory statement of the EGM Notice.

This communication should be read along with the original EGM Notice dated 12[th] May 2021 which was submitted to the Exchange along with the above mentioned letter.

CORRIGENDUM TO EGM NOTICE

The Notice of Extra-ordinary General Meeting dated May 12, 2021 (“ EGM Notice ”) shall be read with this corrigendum (“ Corrigendum ”).

This Corrigendum is issued as a measure of abundant precaution, with limited intent to clarify on disclosures relating to ultimate beneficial owners made in the table of para 6 of the Explanatory Statement of the EGM Notice.

1. In the table under point 6 of the Explanatory Statement of the EGM Notice, the particulars of investors at Sr. Nos. 8, 20 and 34 shall be updated with the particulars of Ultimate Beneficial Owners and shall be read as follows:
