COMPLETION OF MAJOR TRANSACTION

The Board is pleased to announce that the Disposal was completed on 5 June 2009.

Reference is made to the announcements of the Company dated 18 March 2009 and 12 May 2009 and the circular of the Company dated 18 May 2009 (the “Circular”) in relation to, among other things, the Agreement and the Disposal, and the announcement for the poll result of the EGM dated 3 June 2009. Capitalized terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Circular unless otherwise stated.

The Board is pleased to announce that the Disposal was completed on 5 June 2009.
