The Board of Sultan Resources Ltd ( Sultan or the Company ) is pleased to advise that the agreement to acquire 100% of the Lachlan Fold Belt focused Colossus Metals Pty Ltd has settled.

For further details of the key acquisition terms, see announcement dated 18 March 2020.

Sultan now controls 100% of circa 330km[2] of highly prospective copper-gold tenure in the Lachlan Fold Belt region. The Board has been highly encouraged by initial exploration results at the Big Hill and Tucklan targets – for further details, see announcements dated, respectively, 20 May 2020 and 2 June 2020.
