The Company's Annual General Meeting for the year ending 31 March 2024 will be held at 1.00pm on 30 September 2024 at the offices of Bracher Rawlins LLP, 4th Floor, 16 High Holborn, London, WC1V 6BX (the "AGM").  The notice of the AGM will be posted to shareholders today and a copy will also be published on the Company's website,  https://sulnoxgroup.com/investors/ (the "Notice")

Notice of Results

The Company expects to publish its audited annual report and accounts for the year to 31 March 2024 by 9 September 2024.  In keeping with the Company's green ethos, and in accordance with the provisions of the Company's articles of association, the annual report and audited financial statements will be published on the SulNOx website (address as above).
