Granting of Share Options

(Aquis Stock Exchange: SNOX)

The board of directors of the Company (the "Board") announces that it yesterday granted share options to certain directors and employees. A total of 1,420,000 options (the "Options") have been granted for ordinary shares of 2 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), all with a 10-year life.  The Options have been granted under an unapproved share option scheme and within existing share allotment authorities. 

The Options have been granted with an exercise price of 52.0p, a small premium to the average closing price at which the Ordinary Shares traded for the last five days of 49.0 pence.
