The board of directors of the Company (the "Board") has been informed that Constantine Logothetis has purchased additional SulNOx ordinary shares of 2 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the market, increasing his total interest to 30,485,307 Ordinary Shares equivalent to 25.09% of the Ordinary Shares in issue (including shares held by Tergeo Limited, a company in which Constantine Logothetis holds a majority interest).

SulNOx Chairman, Radu Florescu, commented, " The Board appreciates Mr. Logothetis' continued confidence in the Company's progress ."
