The board of directors of the Company (the "Board") has been informed that Constantine Logothetis has purchased additional SulNOx ordinary shares of 2 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the market, increasing his total interest to 29,287,819 Ordinary Shares equivalent to 24.10% of the Ordinary Shares in issue (including shares held by Tergeo Limited, a company in which Constantine Logothetis holds a majority interest).

SulNOx Chairman, Radu Florescu, commented, " The Board recognizes Mr. Logothetis continued vote of confidence and support moving forward. We are confident that SulNOx's future will be created step by step to produce big results and anticipate an exciting finish to 2024 ."
