Notice of Annual General Meeting

The Company's Annual General Meeting for the year ending 31 March 2023 will be held at 12 noon on 26 September 2023 at the offices of Bracher Rawlins LLP, 4th Floor, 16 High Holborn, London, WC1V 6BX (the "AGM").  The notice of the AGM will be posted to shareholders on 1 September 2023, when a copy will also be published on the Company's website, https://sulnoxgroup.com/investors/ (the "Notice")

In keeping with the Company's green ethos, and in accordance with the provisions of the Company's articles of association, this year we are sending only the Notice by post, whilst the annual report and audited financial statements has been published on the SulNOx website (https://sulnoxgroup.com/investors/).
