SulNOx Group PLC

14 April 2021

THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONTAINS INSIDE INFORMATION FOR THE PURPOSES OF REGULATION 11 OF THE MARKET ABUSE (AMENDMENT) (EU EXIT) REGULATIONS 2019/310.

14 April 2021

SulNOx Group Plc (the "Company" or "SulNOx")

New Commercial Partnership

(Aquis Stock Exchange: SNOX)

The board of directors of the Company (the "Board") is pleased to announce that Lee Marley Brickwork Ltd. ("LMB") - one of the UK's leading integrated façade subcontractors specialising in brickwork, scaffolding and stonework - have agreed to partner in helping decarbonise construction.

LMB Joint Managing Director, Dan Clarkson commented, "All construction businesses have the unenviable task of operating at the lowest cost possible but at the same time being responsible to the communities around our construction sites all over the UK. As an environmentally conscious company, using SulNOxEcoTM Fuel Conditioner in our vehicle fleet we will not only be saving money, but we will also be reducing toxic emissions and improving air quality. Our further green ambitions mean we will also be talking to our clients and asking our supply chain to consider adopting SulNOx products."

Ben Richardson the COO of SulNOx commented, "We are delighted to be partnering with LMB to enhance their eco credentials and lead the way in decarbonising construction. SulNOxEco™ Fuel Conditioner is already proven by our large haulage users to save money on reduced fuel and maintenance bills whist simultaneously cutting emissions dramatically. The fact is that all diesel users can add 1 part per 2,000 to their tanks before filling and see the benefits. We are delighted that LMB are willing to see the benefits for themselves and demonstrate its efficacy in the construction industry."
