Appointment of Ben Richardson as Chief Operating Officer ("COO")

The board of directors of the Company (the "Board") is pleased to announce the appointment on 23 February 2021 of Mr Ben Richardson as Chief Operating Officer of the Company, following on from his appointment as a director at the general meeting held on 4 December 2020.  

Mr Richardson is a very experienced Chief Operating Officer who has spent the last two decades working in similar global roles at both Deutsche Bank and Delta Capita. Ben will take the lead on corporate strategy and new business development.   

Mr Richardson commented, "I am delighted to be taking up this full-time executive position. Since joining in December as a Director, I have been thoroughly impressed with the team and amazed by the SulNOx proprietary technology at a time when we need innovative solutions.  The SulNOx products can make a significant contribution to the battle on climate change. 

Unlike other products, by improving combustion and lubricity, the SulNOx Fuel Conditioner gives immediate fuel and maintenance cost reductions whilst simultaneously reducing emissions. SulNOx Fuel Conditioner also dramatically reduces particulate matter ("PM") emissions, which not only have profound air quality and health implications for humans, but they are 3,200x more potent in their contribution to climate change than CO2 (ref Bond et al. 2013). We are seeing testimonies flood in from MOT testing showing zero PM emissions and haulage companies saving c.10% in costs - I am truly excited about the opportunity to help companies achieve their ESG agendas and net zero aspirations."  

Following Mr Richardson's appointment, the roles of the Board Members will be as follows:
