The Company's Annual General Meeting for the year ending 31 March 2025 will be held at 1.00pm on 26 September 2025 at the offices of Kingsley Napley LLP, 20 Bonhill Street, London, EC2A 4DN (the "AGM").  The notice of the AGM will be posted to shareholders today and a copy will also be published on the Company's website,  https://sulnoxgroup.com/investors/ (the "Notice")

Notice of Results

The Company expects to publish its audited annual report and accounts for the year to 31 March 2025 by 5 September 2025.  In keeping with the Company's green ethos, and in accordance with the provisions of the Company's articles of association, the annual report and audited financial statements will be published on the Sulnox website (address as above).
