SulNOx, the fuel decarbonisation specialists, has been informed that Angela Bravo, who has a disclosed total interest (including indirect holdings) in 7,687,935 ordinary shares of 2 pence each ("Ordinary Shares"), equating to 7.62% of the Ordinary Shares, has transferred 6,060,000 Ordinary Shares, equating to 6.01% of the Ordinary Shares to RemNOx Ltd. ("RemNOx").  RemNOx is controlled by Sungold Escrow Nominees Ltd, which is in turn controlled by Angela Bravo (as disclosed on Companies House).  RemNOx is a distributor of the SulNOxEco fuel conditioner products.
