Appointment of Director

The board of the directors of the Company (the "Board") is pleased to announce the appointment today as an independent non-executive director of Alex Albertini.

Mr Albertini has worked in the shipping industry for 25 years, holding a variety of leadership roles in the maritime sector. He is currently Chief Executive Officer of Marfin Management, a Monaco based specialist in management of dry bulk carriers and is the Managing Director of Factor8 Shipping, a Monaco based manager and operator of dry bulk carriers. He also holds board member roles in specialist areas of protection and indemnity insurance and shipping agencies within the maritime world. 

At SulNOx, he will serve as a Non-Executive Director, having first hand witnessed the application of SulNOx's "state of the art" green technologies on Marfin's fleet of vessels.

Non-Executive Chairman Radu Florescu said, "I am delighted that Alex Albertini is joining the board as director. Alex brings with him a wealth of maritime experience combined with a pragmatic, hands-on, business approach that will strengthen our team. I look forward to working closely with him moving forward."
