Appointment of Director and Return from Suspension

The board of the directors of the Company (the "Board") is pleased to announce the appointment on 4 December 2020 of Ms Kiesha Robinson as an Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company.  Ms Robinson was also appointed Company Secretary.  Following the appointment of Ms Robinson, the Company will now be in compliance with Rule 65 of the AQSE Growth Market Rules ("AQSE Rules") for Issuers, which requires an Issuer to have at least one independent non-executive director.  The Company's ordinary shares of 2 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") will therefore return from suspension from trading on the AQSE Growth Market prior to today's market opening.

Ms Robinson is an experienced legal and company secretarial practitioner who has spent the last decade working within the inhouse legal teams of Vitol, Reckitt Benckiser, Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Hearst Magazines.  She will take the lead role in implementing the provisions of the QCA Corporate Governance Code and for compliance with the AQSE Rules.  Her experience with international contractual matters is expected to be of great benefit as SulNox begins its wider roll-out of its products.

Following Ms Robinson's appointment, the roles of the Board Members will be as follows:

·    Tony Granger - Non-Executive Chairman

·    Radu Florescu - Chief Executive Officer

·    Nigel Armitt - Chief Financial Officer

·    Kiesha Robinson - Independent Non-Executive Director & Company Secretary

·    Ben Richardson - Director

At the current time Mr Richardson will only undertake those activities required of a director in a statutory capacity.  The Board will provide an update when this changes.
