NOTICE OF E-VOTING THROUGH POSTAL BALLOT
Pursuant to the provisions of Section 108 & 110 of The Companies Act, 2013 read with the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014, the Company is pleased to offer e-voting facility through postal ballot to the members to cast their votes electronically for the resolution set forth in the notice of Postal Ballot. The cut-off date for sending notice to shareholders { determining eligibility for E-Voting is 22nd March, 2024. The nofice of Evoling has already been sent to the shareholders through E-Mail and a copy of the same has also been placed on the website of the company i.e. www.sukhjitgroup.com. The Company has engaged fhe services of National Securities Depository Ltd. (NSDL) to provide the E-voting facility. The E-voting is available at the link www.evotingnsd|.com. A person whose name is recorded in the register of members or in the register of beneficial owners maintained by the depositories as on the cut off date only shall be entitled to avail the facility of remote E-voting. The E-voting facility will be available during the following voting period:-
Commencement of E-voting: Wednesday, 27th March, 2024 at9:00A.M.
End of E-vating: Thursday, 25th April, 2024 at 5:00 P.M.
The E-voting module shall be disabled by NSDL for voting after 5:00 PM. on Thursday, 25th April, 2024. Once the vote on the resolutions is cast, the shareholder shall not be allowed to change it subsequently.
In case any eligible Member is desirous of obtaining a printed Postal Ballot Form or a duplicate form, such Member can download the Postal Ballot Notice / Form from the website of the Company or may write an email at [email protected] or [email protected]. The Company / RTA shall forward the same along with postage prepaid seif-addressed Business Reply Envelope to the Member. Mr. Vipan Chander Sharma, Sr. Manager, for the time being of the company, is appointed as Grievance Officer in relation to E-voting.
