Mannheim, 20 May 2015

Südzucker AG, Mannheim, will recommend the Annual General Meeting on
16 July 2015 to distribute a dividend of EUR 0.25 (previous year: 0.50) per
share for financial year 2014/15. The recommendation is taking the
significant decrease of operating profit to EUR 181 (previous year: 622)
million into consideration. Based on 204.2 million ordinary shares
outstanding this corresponds to a total dividend distribution of EUR 51
(previous year: 102) million.
