according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting
Rights on Südzucker AG Mannheim/Ochsenfurt, Mannheim, Deutschland, have
exceeded the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on April 15, 2014 and on
that day amounted to 3.08% (this corresponds to 6280946 Voting Rights).
