The voting rights of BlackRock Financial Management, Inc., New York, USA,
in Südzucker AG fell below the 3 % voting rights threshold on 15 July 2010
and amounted to 2.92 % that day (this corresponds to 5,522,940 voting
rights). These 2.92 % (5,522,940 voting rights) are to be attributed
according to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 WpHG in connection
with Sentence 2 WpHG.

The voting rights of BlackRock Holdco 2, Inc., Wilmington, Delaware, USA,in
Südzucker AG fell below the 3 % voting rights threshold on 15 July 2010 and
amounted to 2.92 % that day (this corresponds to 5,522,940 voting rights).
These 2.92 % (5,522,940 voting rights) are to be attributed according to
Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 WpHG in connection with Sentence 2
WpHG.

The voting rights of BlackRock, Inc., New York, USA, in Südzucker AG fell
below the 3 % voting rights threshold on 15 July 2010 and amounted to 2.96
% that day (this corresponds to 5,610,113 voting rights). These 2.96 %
