The voting rights of AXA S.A., 25 Avenue Matignon, 75008 Paris, France, via
shares in Südzucker AG exceeded the 5 % voting rights threshold on October
17th, 2008 and amounted to 5.12 % (this corresponds to 9,687,678 voting
rights). These voting rights are to be attributed according to Article 22,
