Further, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations 2018, the trading window for dealing in shares of the company which was closed for all the designated employees/Departmental heads/Directors of the company and their immediate relatives from October 01, 2021, will be open for them after the expiry of 48 (forty eight) hours from the declaration of the results for the Second quarter/period ended 30th. September 2021 financial results.
