Subsea 7 S.A. announces details of incentive schemes and share related awards

Luxembourg - November 10, 2016 - Subsea 7 S.A. (Oslo Børs: SUBC) (the "Company") in accordance with the Oslo Børs rules, today announced the details of awards under its 2013 Long-Term Incentive Plan (the "Plan") approved by the Board on November 09, 2016.

The Company will make awards over 1,021,000 performance shares, subject to the Plan's performance conditions on 10 November 2016.

The following Primary Insiders were awarded performance shares under the Plan and subsequently hold the following shares and options over shares:
