(Oslo Børs: SUBC, ADR: SUBCY) (the Company) announces that, on 22 October 2018, BlackRock Inc. informed the Company that on 19 October 2018, following market disposals, the percentage of voting rights in the Company (attached to shares or through financial instruments) held by BlackRock Inc. crossed below the 5% threshold provided for by Luxembourg's Transparency Law of 11 January 2008 on transparency requirements for issuers of securities.
