Subsea 7 S.A targets Net Zero by 2050

Luxembourg - 11 October 2021 - Subsea 7 S.A. (Oslo Børs: SUBC, ADR: SUBCY) holds

Sustainability as one of its core Values and today it announced its target to

achieve Net Zero greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions by 2050. In addition, using

2018 as a baseline year, Subsea 7's target is to reduce its Scope 1 and Scope 2

achieving this target.

decarbonising our business and I look forward to describing our progress in the

coming years."
