Sub: Intimation of meeting of the Board of Directors of Subros Ltd ("Company")

Pursuant to Regulation 29 and other applicable regulations of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Friday, the 22nd October, 2021, inter alia, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended on 30th September, 2021.

Further, as informed vide letter dated 30th September, 2021, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company by its Designated Persons has since been closed from 1st October, 2021 and will open 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended on 30th September, 2021.
