Sub: Inauguration of 9[th] state-of-the-art New Karsanpura Plant

This is with reference to regulation 30 and other applicable regulations of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we give below the update:-

November 19, 2019: Subros Li m ited today formally inaugurated its 9[th] state-of-the-art manufacturing plant. The new plant was inaugurated by Mr. Kenichi Ayukawa, Managing Director and CEO, M a ruti Suzuki India Limited, Mr. Fumitaka Taki, Chairman an d Managing Director, DENSO International India Pvt. L td and Mr. Ramesh Suri, Chairman, Subros Limited in th e presence of Dr Jyotsna Suri, Director, Subros Limi t ed & CMD Bharat Hotels Ltd, Mr Motohiro Atsumi, Man a ging Director, Suzuki Motor Gujarat Pvt. Ltd, Mrs Shradha Suri, Managing Director, Subros Limited and se n ior management of Maruti Suzuki, Suzuki Motor and D ENSO.

The Greenfield plant has been s e t-up at Village Karsanpura, Taluka Mandal, District A h medabad in Gujarat. The Phase-1 of the project now stand s completed.

The production and supply of aut o motive air-conditioning parts and Engine Cooling Mo d ules will be ramped-up in accordance with the requiremen t of the customers. The new plant will further enhanc e the Company’s ability to supply to the customers in the r egion and to bring in innovative products to cater to the changing customer requirements apart from de-risking initiative.
