रि कंपनियों गईसी के आधार का बंद करें	बंद करने को कहा है। सुप्रीम कोर्ट नई दिल्ली, 26 अक्तूबर (भाषा)। के आदेश का अनुपालन करते हुए सरकार ने दूरसंचार कंपनियों को सरकार ने शुक्रवार को यह निर्देश जारी किया। दूरसंचार के निर्देशों में मौजूदा मोबाइल फोन ग्राहकों और नए कनेक्शन देने में इलेक्ट्रोनिक कंपनियों से विशिष्ट पहचान संख्या (आधार) के जरिये इलेक्ट्रानिक सत्यापन के लिए आधार का उपयोग		रूप से अपने ग्राहक को जानो (ई- केवाईसी) पर रोक लगाने को कहा गया है। अनुपालन रपट पांच नवंबर तक देने को कहा है। मौजूदा ग्राहकों के सत्यापन के साथ-साथ नया सिम कनेक्शन देने के लिये आधार ई-		जनसत्ता, 27 अक्तूबर, 2018 5 केवाईसी का उपयोग नहीं किया जा सकता। हालांकि, विभाग ने कहा है कि अगर ग्राहक नये कनेक्शन के लिये स्वेच्छा से आधार कार्ड देते हैं ती इसे दस्तावेज रूप में उपयोग में लाया जा सकता है।
