In terms of Regulation 30 and other ap p licable regulations of SEBI (Listing Obligations and D isclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and in furtherance t o our intimation dated 12[th] August, 2024, the Compan y is pleased to inform that the Board has given approval for setting-up a new greenfield manufacturing plant at Tehsil Kh a rkhoda, District Sonipat, Haryana.

The requisite details as require d under Schedule III of Regulation 30 read with Circular no SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated 13[th] July, 2023 are given below:

(i)	Existing capacity	New greenfield plant
(ii)	Existing capacity utilization	-
(iii)	Proposed capacity addition	4.5 lakhs p.a. parts for air-condit ioning system
(iv)	Period within which thep is to be added roposed capacity	By March, 2026 in phased mann er
(v)	Investment required	Rs. 150 Crores (approx)
(vi)	Mode of financing	Internal Accruals and Debts To cater to the increased custom er demand
