New Delhi April 15, 2019: Fu r ther to our communication of 28[th] March, 2019 r e garding Memorandum of Understanding with Zamil Air C onditioners Private Ltd (ZAMIL) to acquire ZAMIL’s certain assets relating to manufacture of Home Air c onditioning systems; we are pleased to updat e that the Company has executed definitive agreement(s) in this regard for a total transaction value o f INR 111.50 million. The Company has an order book o f INR 900 million from OEM customer(s) for suppl y of Home Air conditioning units. The execution of the o r ders will be by using the manufacturing factori e s of ZAMIL at Nalagarh, District Solan, Himachal Prade s h.
