Subject: Disclosure under Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) – Completion of Investment by Wholly Owned Subsidiary in Step-Down Subsidiary

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and in continuation of our earlier disclosure dated August 11, 2025, we wish to inform you that Subex Assurance LLP, wholly owned subsidiary, has completed the remittance of AED 14.63 Million (equivalent to INR 35.36 Crores) towards subscription of equity shares in its wholly owned subsidiary, Subex Middle East (FZE) , incorporated in UAE.

This investment is in line with the approval granted by the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 11, 2025, and is intended as part of strategic decision to support working capital requirement in order to sustain Company’s business growth.
