Sub: Subex Limited “The Company”- Board Meeting on May 17, 2021
Notice pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, be and is hereby given that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Monday, May 17, 2021, through Video Conferencing, to inter alia:

Consider and approve the Audited financial results (Standalone & Consolidated) as per the Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2021.

Consider the proposal for recommending final dividend for the financial year 2020-21, if any, subject to the approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
A copy of the advertisement to be published in the newspapers for intimation of the Board Meeting as per Regulation 47 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 is enclosed as Annexure-I.
• Trading Window Closure
For consideration of the financial results, the trading window of the Company has been closed from March 31, 2021 and will re-open on May 20, 2021.
