સરકાર દ્વારા છેવાડાના માનવીને સરકાર દ્વારા મળતાં દરેક લાભો પહોંચાડવાની કામગીરી સ્થાનિક પ્રતિનિધિઓ દ્વારા હાથ ધરવામાં આવે છે. ત્યારે આજરોજ વિધાનસભાના મુખ્ય ડંડક બાલકુષ્ણ શુકલ, જિલ્રા કલેકટર શ્રીમતી સ્મૃતિ ચારણ, ડી.ડી.ઓ.ગંગા સિંધ, ધારાસભ્યો જયંતીભાઈ રાઠવા, અભેસિંહ તડવી, રાજેન્દ્રસિંહ રાઠવાની ઉપસ્થિતિમાં આ કેમ્પ યોજવામાં આવ્યો હતો. જેમાં વિવિધ રાષ્ટ્રીય બેંકો અને મંડળીઓના સહયોગથી લાભાર્થીઓને ચેકનું વિતરણ તેમજ આર સી ટી આઈ ના પ્રમાણપત્ર એનાયત કરવામાં આવ્યા હતા.

ક્લાસીસમાં ઘણા વિદ્યાર્થીઓ આવતા હોય છે. પરંતુ બે વર્ષ પહેલા ૧૩ વર્ષની સગીરા ટ્યુશન ક્લાસીસમાં વહેલા પહોચી હતી. મળતી વિગતો પ્રમાણે તે સમયે

સગીરા અને લંપટ શિક્ષક ઉદય એકલા જ હતા. જેથી લંપટ શિક્ષકે તે તકનો લાભ ઉઠાવ્યો હતો. ઉદય સગીરાને રૂમમાં લઈ જઈને તેની સાથે શારીરિક અડપલા કર્યા હતા. જેથી સગીરા ત્યાથી ગભરાઈને ભાગી ગઈ અને ઘરે આવી ગઈ હતી.સગીરા સમગ્ર બનાવની હકીકત માતા અને દાદીને જણાવતા પરિવારે લંપટ શિક્ષક સામે

ગોધરામાં બે માથાભારે શખ્સોએ ખંજર દ્વારા ચુવક પર જીવલેણ હુમલો કરતાં ફરિયાદ પંચમહાલ.તા.૦૮ – જબા અને સમીર ઇસ્હાક દેસાઈ

નોંધી બંને માથાભારે ઇસમોને પકડવા માટે ચક્રો ગતિમાન કર્યા બોલાવતા શબ્બીર ઉર્ફે તત્યો હુસેન છે. મોંઘવારીએ માછીમારોની કમર ભાંગી

જહરપુરા ગોહ્યા મહોલ્લા ગોધરા નાઓને કહ્યું કે, તમે મને અવાર નવાર રસ્તામાં જતા કેમ અપશબ્દો બોલો છો. તે બાબતે પૂછપરછ કરતાં શબ્બીર ઉર્ફે તત્યો હુસેન જબાએ કહ્યું હતું કે, તું અમારી બાતમી પોલીસને કેમ આપે છે. તેમ કહી મા-બેન સમા અપશબ્દો બોલી પેન્ટના નેફામાંથી ખંજર કાઢી ખાલીદ મુસ્તાક ઢુંઢિયાના પેટના ભાગે મારવા જતા તેઓએ જમણા હાથે ૫કડી પાડતાં જમણા હાથની આંગળીઓ ઉપર ઇજાઓ પહોંચી હતી. જ્યારે સમીર ઈસ્હાક દેસાઈએ ખાલીદ મુસ્તાકને ગડદાપાટુંનો માર મારી ઇજા કરી જાનથી મારી નાખવાની ધમકી આપી હતી. જેથી ખાલીદ મુસ્તાકે ગોધરા બી-ડિવિઝન પોલીસ મથકે ફરિયાદ નોંધાવી હતી. પોલીસે ગનો

ગોધરા શહેરના પશ્ચિમ વિસ્તારમાં રહેતા યુવાનને બે માથાભારે ઈસમો દ્વારા તું કેમ અમારી પોલીસને બાતમી આપે છે. તેમ કહીને મા-બેન સમા અપશબ્દો બોલી ખંજર દ્વારા જીવલેણ હુમલો કરી ગડદાપાટુંનો માર માર્યો હતો. માર મારતા યુવાને ગોધરા બી-ડિવિઝન પોલીસ મથકે બે માથાભારે ઈસમો વિરુદ્ધ પોલીસ

ઉત્તરાખંડનું જોશીમઠ શહેર એક મોટી કુદરતી આપદાનો સામનો કરી રહ્યું છે. એક રીતે શહેર જમીનમાં ધસી રહ્યું છે. મકાનો જોખમી સ્થિતિમાં હોવાથી લોકો પલાયન કરવા મજબૂર બન્યા છે. કેન્દ્ર અને રાજ્ય સરકાર પણ એક્શનમાં આવી છે. ઉત્તરાખંડનું યાત્રાધામ જોશીમઠ સંકટમાં છે. કુદરત અહીંના લોકોને ડરાવી રહી છે. ક્યારે શું થશે, તેની આશંકામાં લોકો રાત્રે સૂઈ નથી શકતા. સંભવિત આપદાથી જીવ બચાવવા લોકોએ સ્થળાંતરનો માર્ગ લેવાની મકાનોમાં તિરાડો સતત પહોળી થઈ રહી છે. જમીનમાંથી જ્યાં ત્યાં પાણીનાં ઝરા નીકળી રહ્યા છે. છેલ્લા એક સપ્તાહથી પરિસ્થિતિ વધુ વિકટ બની છે. મકાનો ધસી રહ્યા છે. જમીનના પેટાળમાંથી ભેદી અવાજ સંભળાય છે. અત્યાર સુધી ૬૦૦થી વધુ મકાનોમાં તિરાડો અને જમીન ધસી પડવાની ઘટનાઓ સામે આવી છે. જેનાથી લોકો ભયભીય બન્યા છે. ઉત્તરાખંડના મુખ્યમંત્રી પુષ્કરસિંહ ધામીએ શનિવારે જોશીમઠનું નિરીક્ષણ કર્યું. તેમણે હવાઈ માર્ગે અને શહેરની સ્થિતિનો તાગ મેળવ્યો, ત્યારબાદ શહેરમાં જઈને લોકો સાથે પ્રત્યક્ષ રીતે સ્થિતિને નિહાળી હતી. તેઓ અસરગ્રસ્તોને પણ મળ્યા. તેમણે તમામ જરૂરી કામગીરી કરવાની ખાતરી આપી છે. હકીકતમાં મિશ્રા આયોગની રિપોર્ટમાં ૧૯૭૬ માં કહેવાયુ હતું કે, જોશીમઠના મૂળમાં અખતરા કરવાથી ખતરો આવશે. આ આયોગ દ્વારા જોશીમઠનું સર્વેક્ષણ કરવામાં આવ્યુ હતું. જેમાં જોશીમઠને એક મોરેનમાં વસાયેલુ જશાવ્યુ હતું, જે અતિ સંવેદનશીલ માનવામા આવે છે. રિપોર્ટમાં

નવીદિલ્હી.તા.૦૮ જોશીમઠના નીચેના મૂળથી જોડાયેલી પહાડી પત્થરો સાથે છેડખાની ન કરવા માટે કહેવાયુ હતું. તેમજ અહીંના નિર્માણને પણ સમિતિના દાયરામાં સમેટવાની અરજી કરાઈ હતી, પરંતુ આયોગની રિપોર્ટ લાગુ થઈ શકી ન હતી. જોશીમઠમાં ૭૦ ના દાયકામાં ચમોલીમાં આવેલ ભીષણ તબાહી બેલાકુચી પૂર બાદથી સતત ભૂસ્ખલનની ઘટનાઓ સામે આવી રહી છે. ત્યારે ચમોલી યુપીનો ભાગ હતો. જમીન ખસી જવાની ઘટનાઓ સામે આવ્યા બાદ યુપી સરકારે ગઢવાલ કમિશનર મુકેશ પણ ફરજ પડી છે. જમીનોના અને મિશ્રાને આયોગ બનાવવા માટે સર્વે કરવાનો આદેશ આપ્યો હતો. ૧૯૭૫ માં ગઢવાલ કમિશનર મુકેશ મિશ્રાએ એક આયોગની નિમણંક કરી હતી. જેને મિશ્રા આયોગ કહેવાય છે. તેમાં ભ-એન્જિનિયર, વૈજ્ઞાનિક, મેનેજમેન્ટના અનેક અધિકારીઓને સામેલ કરવામા આવ્યા હતા. એક વર્ષા બાદ આ આયોગે પોતાની રિપોર્ટ સરકારમાં સોંપી હતી. આ રિપોર્ટમાં કહેવામાં આવ્યુ હતું કે, જોશીમઠ એક રેતાળ પહાડી પર સ્થિત છે. જોશીમઠની તળેટીમાં કોઈ પણ કામ કરવામાં ન આવે. બ્લાસ્ટ, ખનન તમામ વાતોનો તેમાં ઉલ્લેખ કરવામાં આવ્યો હતો. કહેવામાં આવ્યુ હતું કે, મોટા મોટા નિર્માણ કે ખનન ન કરવામાં આવે. અલકનંદા નદીના કિનારે સુરક્ષા વોલ બનાવવામાં આવે. અહીં

છે. પ્રભાવિતો માટે બે હજાર ફ્રેબ્રિકેટેડ મકાન બનાવવામાં આવશે. પ્રભાવિત પરિવારોને ૬ મહિના સુધી દર મહિને ૬૦૦૦ રૂપિયા આપવામાં આવશે. જોશીમઠના સંકટ મામલે કેન્દ્ર સરકારના જળશક્તિ મંત્રાલયે એક કમિટી બનાવી છે, જે ૩ દિવસમાં રિપોર્ટ સોંપશે. જોશીમઠ જેના કારણે દુનિયાભરમાં જાણીતું છે, તે આદિ ગુરુ શંકરાચાર્યના મઠ પર પણ જોખમ તોળાય છે. હજારો વર્ષ જૂના માધવ આશ્રમ મંદિરના શિવલિંગ પણ તિરાડો પડી હોવાનો દાવો કરાયો છે. ઉત્તરાખંડના જોશીમઠ પરનું સંકટ કેટલું મોટું છે તેની સાબિતી માટે સામે આવેલા દ્રશ્યો |

ફરિયાદ નોંધાવી હતી. આ બનાવની પ્રાપ્ત વિગત અનુસાર, ગોધરાના રહેમતનગર ચિખોદ્રા તથા મૂળ રહે. મેદા પ્લોટ ઇમરાન મસ્જિદ સામે ગોધરાના ખાલીદ મુસ્તાક ઢુંઢિયાએ પોતાની પોલીસ ફરિયાદમાં જણાવેલ કે, શબ્બીર ઉર્ફે તત્યો હુસેન જબા અવાર નવાર રસ્તામાં આવતા જતા અપશબ્દો બોલતો હતો. જેથી ખાલીદ મુસ્તાક ઢુંઢિયાએ ફોન કરી વેજલપુરના નજરાના સર્વિસ સેન્ટર પાસે

વારસીયા પોલીસ મથકે ફરિયાદ ગણતરીના સમયમાં ધરપકડ કરી નોંધાવી હતી. જાતીય સતામણીની લીધી અને આગલની વધુ તપાસ ફરિયાદ નોંધાકો વારસીયા પોલીસે હાથ ધરી હતી. લંપટ શિક્ષક ઉદય મોહનરાવ વડોદરા શહેરના વારસીયા ભાલેરાવ વિરૂદ્ધ આઈ.પી.સી વિસ્તારમાં આવેલા પ્રાર્થના ફ્લેટમાં ૩૫૪ એ અને પોક્સો એક્ટ હેઠળ રહેલા ૬૧ વર્ષીય લંપટ શિક્ષક જેનું ગુનો નોંધીને આરોપીની ધરપકડ નામ ઉદય મોહનરાવ ભાલેરાવ કરી લીધી અને આગળી કાર્યવાહી ઘણા સમયથી ટ્યુશન ક્લાસીસ ચલાવે છે. તેના આ ટ્યુશન હાથ ધરી હતા.

સતામણીના બનાવો વધી રહ્યા છે. વિરદ્ધ એક ખાસ મહિમ શરુ કરવામાં થી સીનીયર પોલીસ અધિકારીઓ શિક્ષણ સંસ્થાઓમાં પણ સગીરાએ લોકો વચ્ચે જશે, લોક દરબારમાં સાથે શારીરિક અડપલા કર્યા ગૃહ રાજ્યમંત્રી એ ઉમેર્યું હતું કે, જાહેરમાં ફરિયાદ લઈને આવા હોવાના ઘણા બનાવો સામે આવતો વ્યાજખોરો સામે કડક કાર્યવાહી હોય છે. પોલીસ પણ આ મામલે કરશે.તેમણે ગુજરાતના સૌ નાગરિકોને પોતાની તપાસ ચલાવી રહી છે.

ગુજરાતના તમામ જિલ્લાઓમાં ગુજરાત પોલીસ દ્વારા છેલ્રા એક સપ્તાહથી જે વ્યાજખોરો સામે એક વિનંતી કરતા કહ્યું કે,કોઈ પણ મહિમ ચાલ કરવામાં આવી છે અને વ્યાજખોરની હેરાનગતિ હોય કે ત્રાસ હોય તો કોઈ પણ જાતનો ડર રાખતા આ મુહિમમાં ગુજરાતના તમામ નહી આ તમામ લોકોને પહોંચી વળવા વિસ્તારોમાં આ મુહિમ થકી ગુજરાતના માટે પોલીસ સદાય તત્પર છે અને અનેક પરિવારો ને આ વ્યાજખોરોના ત્રાસમાં થી મૂક્ત થવાની એક તક પૂરી રહેશેજ આપને સહેજપણ ચિંતા કરવાની જરૂર નથી. સુરત પોલીસ પાડી છે. આવનારા એક અઠવાડિયામાં કમિશ્નરના ધ્યાને આવ્યું હતું કે,કેટલાક આ મૂહિમ વધુ ઝડપી અને વેગવાન બનાવીને અસરકારક રીતે અમલી વ્યાજખોરો ગરીબ અને મજબુર કરાશે. આ માટે રાજયના તમામ લોકોની આર્થિક મજબુરીનો ફાયદો ઉપાડી ગેરકાયદેસર રીતે ઉંચા વ્યાજદરે જિલ્નાના પોલીસ અધિકારીઓને ખાસ વ્યાજ વટાવનો ધંધો કરીને લોકોને ધ્યાન કેન્દ્રિત કરવા તેમણે સૂચનાઓ પરેશાન કરે છે.જેના પરિણામે કેટલાક પણ આપી છે. તેમણે વધુમાં જણાવ્યું છેકે, ગુજરાત પોલીસના તમામ કિસ્સાઓમાં લોકો આવા વ્યાજખોરોના સીનીયર અધિકારીઓ જેવા કે ત્રાસના કારણે આપઘાત કરવા સુધીનું પગલું ભરી લે છે.આવી અનેક ફરિયાદો પીઆઈ, ડીવાયએસપી, ડીએસપી બાદ સુરત પોલીસે વ્યાજખોરો વિરુદ્ધ અને મહાનગર હોય તો કમિશ્નર કડક કાર્યવાહી શરુ કરી હતી જેને સુધીના અધિકારીઓ પોતે અલગ અલગ વિસ્તારમાં જાય અને સામાન્ય સફળતા મળતા આ મોડલ નાગરિકે પોલીસ મથકે જઈને કરિયાદ રાજયભરમાં અમલી બનાવાનો રાજય ના આપવી પડે તે માટે ગુજરાત સરકારે નિર્ણય કર્યો છે તેમ તેમણે ઉમેર્યું પોલીસ મુહિમ શરુ કરશે.આવતી કાલ હતું.

ગુજરાત પોલીસના ઉચ્ચ અધિકારીઓ આવતીકાલથી રાજચવ્યાપી

લોક દરબાર ચોજીને ગેરકાચદે વસૂલતા વ્યાજખોરો સામે

જણાવ્યું છે કે,રાજયના ગરીબ અને મધ્યમ વર્ગના પરિવારો ને વ્યાજખોરોની ચુંગાલમાંથી મુકત કરાવવવા માટે રાજય સરકારે મકકમ નિર્ધાર કર્યો છે.જેના ભાગરૂપે આવતીકાલથી રાજયવ્યાપી લોકદરબારનું આયોજન કરાયું છે જેમાં રાજય પોલીસ દળના ઉચ્ચ અધિકારી ઓ નાગરિકોના પ્રશનો સાંભળીને તેના નિરાકરણ માટે સંનિષ્ઠ પ્રયાસો કરશે અને ગેરકાયદે વ્યાજ વસૂલતા કસૂરવારો સામે કાયદેસરની કડક કાર્યવાહી કરશે. ગૃહ મંત્રી સંધવી એ ઉમેર્યું કે, રાજયના મુખ્યમંત્રી ભૂપેન્દ્રભાઈ પટેલના માર્ગદર્શન હેઠળ આ ખાસ આયોજન કરવામાં આવી રહ્યું છે જેમા જરૂરતમંદ નાગરિકોને મહત્તમ લાભ લેવા રાજય સરકાર દ્વારા અપીલ કરાઈ છે. મંત્રી એ ઉમેર્યું કે,સુરત પોલીસ દ્વારા ગેરકાયદે વ્યાજ વસુલતા વ્યાજખોરો વિરજ મહિમ ચલાવવામાં આવી હતી એને મળેલી સફળતાના પરિણામે હવે આ મોડલ ગુજરાતમાં લાગુ કરવામાં આવી રહ્યું છે.ગુજરાતભરમાં પોલીસ દ્વારા વ્યાજખોરો(Money Lender)

પ્રવાસનના સમયમાં હોટેલ્સમાં બુકિંગ ફુલ હતું. જો કે હવે જે પરિસ્થિતિ સર્જાઈ છે, તેને જોતાં બકિંગ કેન્સલ કરવામાં આવ્યા છે. કેમ કે હોટેલનાં સ્ટાફ અને પર્યટકોની સલામતી જરૂરી છે. સ્થાનિકોનો દાવો છે કે ટૂંઝ ની તપોવન-વિષ્ણુપ્રયાગ જળવિદ્યુત પરિયોજનાને કારણે જોશીમઠમાં આ સ્થિતિ સર્જાઈ છે. આ માટે કંપનીએ સુરંગ ખોદતા આ ભયાવહ સ્થિતિ સર્જાઈ રહી છે. જેને જોતાં અગાઉ લોકોએ કંપની સામે વિરોધ પણ કર્યો હતો. ઐતિહાસિક અને પૌરાણિક નગર જોશીમઠ હાલ જોખમમાં છે. શહેર જમીનમાં સમાઈ રહ્યું છે. આ સંકટ આગળ જતાં શું સ્વરૂપ ધારણ કરે છે, તે જોવું રહેશે.

સુરત શહેરમાં ગૃહ રાજ્યમંત્રી હર્ષ સંઘવીએ ગુજરાતના નાગરિકોને હાથ જોડીને અપીલ કરી છે. તેઓએ કહ્યું હતું કે પતંગ ઉડાવવાનો શોખ જરૂરથી હોવો જોઈએ, પરંતુ આ રંગબેરંગી પતંગથી પેચ કાપતા કોઈનું જીવન ન જતું રહે, કોઈની પરિસ્થિતિ ન બગડી જાય તે સૌ લોકો જરૂરથી વિચારજો. ઉતરાયણ પર્વને ગણતરીના દિવસો બાકી રહ્યા છે. ગુજરાતમાં પતંગ દોરાની માર્કેટો ધમધમતી થઇ ગયી છે તો બીજી તરફ ઉતરાયશ પહેલા લોકોના ગળા કપાવવાના બનાવો સામે આવ્યા હતા. તેમજ કેટલાક બનાવોમાં તો લોકોના

મોત પણ થયા છે. બીજી તરફ ચાઇનીઝ દોરીનું વિતરણ કરતા લોકો સામે પોલીસે કાર્યવાહી હાથ ધરી છે. ત્યારે સુરતમાં હર્ષ સંઘવીએ એક મહત્વનું નિવેદન આપ્યું છે. ગુજરાત રાજ્યના ગૃહ રાજ્યમંત્રી હર્ષસંઘવીનો જન્મદિવસ છે. તેમના જન્મદિવસ નિમિત્તે તેમના શુભેચ્છકો દ્વારા શહેરમાં અનેકવિધ સામાજિક કાર્યક્રમો કર્યા હતા. આ કાર્યક્રમમાં હાજરી આપતા સમયે ગૃહરાજ્યમંત્રી હર્ષસંઘવીએ બે મહત્વની મુહિમ પર તેમની પ્રતિક્રિયા આપી હતી. ગૃહ રાજ્ય મંત્રી હર્ષ સંઘવીએ અલથાણ ખાતે યોજાયેલા જન્મદિવસના સામાજિક કાર્યક્રમ દરમિયાન રાજ્યમાં ંબે હાથ જોડીને અપીલ છે.

વ્યાજખોરો સામેની પોલીસની મુહિમ અને ઉતરાયણ પર્વને લઈ ચાઈનીઝ દોરા સામેની પોલીસની મુહિમ વિશે મહત્વનું નિવેદન આપ્યું હતું.હર્ષ સંઘવીએ જશાવ્યું હતું કે ઉતરાયણના આપે છે. પરંતુ આ જ માછીમારો તહેવારમાં નાગરિકો સેવા,ધર્મ સાથે કેટલા વર્ષોથી મુશ્કેલીમાં મુકાયા તહેવારની ઉજવણી કરીએ છીએ, ઉતરાયણમાં રંગબેરંગી પતંગ જરૂરથી છે. ચગતા હોય છે , પતંગોના પેચ જરૂરથી છે તેનું કારણ છે વધતા ડીઝલના લગતા હોય છે, પરંતુ તે પેચ હમેશા ભાવ, દરિયામાંથી પરતા ભાઈબંધીમાં કપાતા હોય છે એ પેચ પ્રમાણમાં ન મળતી ફિશ અને કોઈનું જીવન લે તે પ્રકારનો વિદેશ એક્સપોર્ટમાં રોકાયેલા કાપવાનો કોઈએ શોખ ન રાખવો રૂપિયા. આ તમામ કારણોના લીધે જોઈએ એવી મારી સૌ નાગરીકોને સામાન્ય રીતે માર્ચ મહિના સુધી ચિંતિત થશે.

ડીઝલના ભાવ વધતા માછીમારો બોટ વેચવા માટે મજબુર થયા

ગીર સોમનાથ, તા.૮ માછીમારી ઉદ્યોગની ભાંગી કમર ગઈ છે. ડીઝલમાં ભાવ વધારો, દરિયામાંથી ફિશની અછત અને પોષણસમ ભાવ ન મળવા સહિતની સમસ્યાઓને લઇને માછીમાર ઉદ્યોગ મંદીમાં સપડાઈ ગયો છે.

એટલુ જ નહીં દરિયામાંથી પૂરતી ફિશ ન મળતા અને અયોગ્ય ભાવ ના લીધે વર્ષે અનેક માછીમારો કરજમાં ડુબે છે, આ સાથે સાથે અનેક માછીમારો પોતાની બોટોને ભંગારમાં વહેચી અન્ય ધંધા તરફ મંડાયા છે.

ઉલ્લેખનીય છે કે, હવે માછીમારો મંદીમાં સપડાઈ રહ્યા છે. ગુજરાતના સૌથી મોટા મત્સ્ય ઉદ્યોગ બંદર વેરાવળના માછીમારો કહી રહ્યા છે કે, 'સરકાર કયારે ચિંતિત થશે? જી હા આપ જે બોટોના દ્વશ્યો જોઈ રહ્યા છો તે ગુજરાતનાં સૌથી મોટા મત્સ્ય ઉદ્યોગ વેરાવળ બંદરના છે, જ્યાં માત્ર વેરાવળ બંદર પર ૫ હજારથી વધુ બોટો આવેલી છે. અનેક નાની મોટી ફિશ એક્સપોર્ટના પ્લાન્ટ આવેલા છે, અને અહીંથી જ દેશ અને દુનિયામાં મોટા ભાગની ફિશ એક્સપોર્ટ થાય છે. અને સરકારને

્ચાલતી માછીમારોની સિજન હવે ટૂંકી થવા લાગી છે. આ સાથે સાથે ૭૦ ટકા જેટલી બોટો વહેલા બંધ કરવાની ફરજ ૫ડી છે. જેથી માછીમારો પોતાની બોટને વેચવા માટે પણ મજબુર બન્યા છે. એક તરફ દિવસેને દિવસે મંદીના લીધે માછીમાર ઉદ્યોગ ભાંગી રહ્યો છે અને માછીમારો સહિત હજારો લોકોની રોજગારી છીનવાઈ રહી છે. કુદરતી આફતોથી જજુમતો માછીમાર હવે કુત્રિમ આફતોનો પણ સામનો કરી રહ્યો છે. છેલ્લા બે ત્રણ વર્ષમાં

આવેલા વાવાઝોડાઓ અને ત્યારબાદ વેચિક મહામારી કોરોના!. અને કોરોના કારણે દેશ અને દુનિયામાં અટવાયેલા રૂપિયા હવે માછીમારો માટે માથાના દુઃખાવા સમાન બન્યા છે. ૨૦૧૯ માં ૬૦ રૂપિયા લીટર ડીઝલ ની ખરીદી કરી માછીમારી કરતા બોટ માલિકોને હવે ૧૦૦ રૂપિયા ડીઝલ પરવડતું નથી.

ઉલ્લેખનીય છે કે, જો મોંઘા ભાવના ડીઝલની ખરીદી કરી દરિયામાં માછીમારી કરવા જાય તો કિનારા પર આવ્યા બાદ ફિશના યોગ્ય ભાવ પણ મળતા નથી. ત્યારે સરકાર ને વર્ષો થી રજૂઆત કરોડો રૂપિયાનું હુંડિયામણ રળી કરતા માછીમારો હવે પોતાની બોટોને ભંગારમાં અથવા અન્ય લોકો વેંચી અન્ય ધંધા તરફ મંડાયા છે. જોકે તેમાં પણ સદીઓથી માછીમારો મુશ્કેલીમાં મુકાયા માછીમારીનો ધંધો કરતા માછીમારો પાસે અન્ય કોઈ આવડત ન હોવાથી મજૂરી એક માત્ર વિકલ્પ રહ્યો છે. ત્યારે આ જ માછીમારો સરકાર પાસે આશા

રાખી બેઠા છે કે સરકાર કયારે

This Notice is hereby given pursuant to the provisions of Section 124 (6)
of the Companies Act, 2013 ("the Act") read with Investor Education an
Protection Fund Authority (Accounting, Audit, Transfer and Refund
Rules 2016, as notified and amended from time to time (collectivel

Shareholders may also note that both the unclaimed dividends and unclaimed shares including all benefits accruing on such shares, if any once transferred to IEPF can be claimed back from IEPF Authority after following the procedure prescribed under the IEPF Rules Shareholders may note that no claim shall lie against the Company in respect of unclaimed dividend amount and unclaimed shares transferred to IEPF Account.

Concerned shareholders, holding such shares in physical form and
whose shares are liable to be transferred to IEPF Account, may note that the Company would be issuing new share certificate(s) in lieu of original share certificate(s) held by them for transfer to the IEPF and the original share certificate(s) held by the shareholders shall stand cancelled and be deemed non-negotiable. The shareholders may further note that the details uploaded by the Company on its website should be regarded and shall be deemed adequate notice in respect of issue of new share certificate(s) by the Company for the purpose of transfer of shares to the IEPF Account pursuant to the IEPF Rules. In respect of equity shares held by concerned shareholders in dematerialized form, the Company will initiate corporate action with respective Depositories to transfer these shares to IEPF Account.
