The Promoter of INEOS Styrolution India Limited (“Company”), namely INEOS Styrolution APAC Pte. Ltd., had issued a public announcement in regard to the delisting offer on July 7, 2020, in accordance with regulation 10(1) of the Delisting Regulations. Information in relation to the delisting offer is available in the public domain.

As a matter of abundant caution and good governance, on July 7, 2020, the Company has also disclosed to the stock exchanges recent updates in relation to the delisting offer and a copy of the public announcement made by the Promoter in relation to the delisting offer. Please refer to the disclosures made by the Company under Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“Listing Regulations”) on July 7, 2020.

Other than the above information, which has already been disclosed, we are not aware of any developments pertaining to the Company and/ or its securities that requires a disclosure in accordance with the Listing Regulations.
