વિગેરે આયોજન થકી રાજ્ય સરકારે નર્મદાના પરના પાણી જે નિરર્થક વહી ઉક્ષેખનીય છે કે, કચ્છના ખેડૂતો-પ્રજાજનોની લાંબાગાળાની લાગણી-જતા તેનો આયોજનબદ્ધ ઉપયોગ કર્યો અપેક્ષા પરીપર્ણ કરતી આ યોજનાથી છે ને ખેતરે ખેતરે આ પાણી પહોચાડયા છે. નાયબ મુખ્યપ્રધાન નિતિનભાઈ કચ્છના ૬ તાલુકાઓના ૯૬ ગામોના પટેલે આ પ્રસંગે જણાવ્યું કે, ગુજરાત ૩ લાખ ૮૦ હજાર લોકો અને ર લાખ ૩૫ હજાર એકર જમીનને નર્મદા સરકારે નર્મદાના પાણી છેવાડાના વિસ્તારોમાં પહોંચાડવા માટે બજેટની જળની સુવિધા મળશે. સરન જળાશય માંગ સામે ફાળવણીમાં એક રૂપિયાનો સહિત જિલ્રાના ૩૮ જળાશયોમાં નર્મદાના પાણી ભરાશે. ચેકડેમ -પણ ઘટાડો ક્યારેય કર્યો નથી. વડાપ્રધાન નરેન્દ્રભાઈ મોદીની આગેવાનીમાં તળાવોને પણ આ નર્મદા જળથી ભરી ગુજરાતની ભાજપા સરકાર છેલ્રા અઢી ભૂગર્ભ જળ ઊંચા લવાશે. પશુપાલકો-દાયકાથી કચ્છમાં સિંચાઈ અને પીવા ખેડૂતોને પાણી મળતાં મબલક ઉત્પાદન મેળવી તેઓ આર્થિક સમુદ્ધ માટે નર્મદાનું પાણી ઠેરઠેર પહોંચાડવાના લક્ષ્ય સાથે કાર્ય કરી રહી છે. તેમણે બનશે અને પાણીના અભાવે થતું કહ્યું કે, વર્ષ ૧૯૬૦થી ૨૦૨૦ સુધી પશુપાલકો-ઢોર ઢાંખરનું સ્થળાંતર ૬૦ વર્ષ દરમિયાન નર્મદા મૈયાની અટકશે. ગુજરાતમાં યાત્રા અનેક પ્રશનો અને આ પ્રસંગે ઉપસ્થિત સાંસદ

• ઉકત પરિપત્રો અંતર્ગત એજીએમની નોટિસની ઇકલેકટ્રોનિક કોપીઓ અને વાર્ષિક અદેવાલ ૨૦૨૦-૨૦૨૧ કંપની / ડીપોઝિટરી સહભાગી(ઓ) પાસે જેમનાં ઇ-મેઇલ સરનામાં નોંધાચેલાં છે તે બધા શેરહોલ્ડરોને મોકલવામાં આવશે.

• ડીમટીરિચલાઈઝડ માધ્યમમાં શેરો ધરાવતા શેરહોલ્ડરો અને જેમનાં ઈ-મેઈલ સરનામાંની નોંધણી થઈ નથી તેમને તેમનાં ઈ-મેઈલ સરનામાં અને મોબાઈલ નંબરો તેમની ડિપોઝિટરી સહભાગીઓ દ્વારા તેમની સંબંધિત ડિપોઝિટરીઓ પાસે નોંધવી દેવા વિનંતી છે.

• ભેોતિક સ્વરૂપમાં શેરો ધરાવતા શેરહોલ્ડરોને તેમના હોલ્ડિંગ્સ ડિમેટ કરવાની/ તેમના ઈ-મેઈલ સરનામાં અને મોબાઈલ નંબરો કંપનીના રજિસ્ટ્રાર એન્ડ શેર ટ્રાન્સફર એજન્ટ, લીંક ઈનટાઈમ ઈન્ડિચા પ્રા. લિમિટેડ ને vadodara@linkintime.co.in ઉપર મોકલી આપવા વિનંતી છે.

• સને ૧૯૪૯ ની ૧ લી માર્ચ પહેલા સામાન્ય માધ્યયમિક (અંગ્રેજી) શાળાના ધોરણ ત્રણમાં પાસ અથવા અંગ્રેજી શીખવનારી (ઇંગ્લી શ ટીચીંગ) શાળાના ધોરણ છઠામાં પાસ અને ત્યાદરબાદ હોય તો સદરહું શાળાઓની ધોરણ સાતની પરીક્ષા પાસ.
• મુંબઇ ઇલાકાના યુરોપિયન સ્કુલો માટેના નિયમોના કોડમાં બતાવ્યા મુજબની યુરોપિયન શાળાનું ધોરણ સાતમું પાસ.
• ૧૯૪૮ પહેલા ભૂતપુર્વ વડોદરા રાજયમાં ધોરણ-૬ અગર ધોરણ-૭ (ગુજરાતી) ના અંતે લેવાયેલી પરીક્ષા
• વડોદરા પ્રાથમિક શાળા પ્રમાણપત્ર પરીક્ષા ૧૯૪૮.
• (બ) પ્રાથમિક શાળાંત સર્ટીફીકેટ પરીક્ષા કરતા ઉંચા દરજજાની નીચે જણાવેલી પૈકી બીજી કોઇપણ પરીક્ષા પાસ.
• ઉપરોકત 'અ' માં જણાવેલી પરીક્ષાઓ કરતા બીજી કોઇપણ ઉંચા દરજજાની પરીક્ષા પાસ
• સરકાર તરફથી વખતોવખત જાહેર કર્યા પ્રમાણે માન્યપ કરેલી યુનિવર્સિટીના મેટ્રીક્યુીલેશનની પરીક્ષાના દરજજાની ગુજરાત અને તિલક વિદ્યાપીઠ પરીક્ષાઓ પસાર કરી હશે તે.
• ગુજરાત વિદ્યાપીઠ અદ્યાપન મંદિરના પ્રાથમિક શિક્ષકો માટેની ટ્રેનીંગ સર્ટીફીકેટ પરીક્ષા પાસ.
• એસ.એન.ડી.ટી. સ્ત્રીઓની યુનિવર્સિટીની બધી પરીક્ષાઓ પૈકીની પરીક્ષા પાસ.
• મુંબઇની સેકન્ડીરી સ્કુલિ સર્ટીકીકેટ પરીક્ષા પાસ અગર સરકારી શાળા ખાતા તરફથીક તાલીમ લીધા બદલનું આપેલું પ્રમાણપત્ર અગર સરકાર તરફથીસ વખતોવખત આ બદલ માન્યક થયેલા બીજા એવા પ્રમાણપત્ર ધારણ કરનાર.
• પ્રચલિત સમયે અસ્તિદત્વકમાં હોય તેવા કોઇપણ કાયદા હેઠળ મુંબઇ રાજયની સ્થકપાયેલી કોઇપણ યુનિવર્સિટીની મેટ્રીક્યુતલેશનની પરીક્ષા કરતા ઉચ્ચી દરજબની અગર તેજ દરજબની ગણવામાં આવેલી પરીક્ષાનું પ્રમાણપત્ર અગર મુંબઇ માધ્યીમિક શાળાત પરીક્ષા અને સરકારે પબ્લીઆ સર્વિસા ભરતી કરવાના હેતુથી બોમ્બે સીવીલ કલાસીકીશન અને રીકુટમેન્ટ નિયમમાં વખતોવખત કેરકર કર્યા પ્રમાણે સરકારે માન્યબ કરેલા પ્રમાણપત્રો તથા ડીપ્લોમા ધારણ કરનાર તેથી જેમણે વડોદરા નગર પ્રાથમિક શિક્ષણ સમિતિના સભાસદની જગ્યામ માટે ઉમેદવારી કરવી હોય

તેમણે ઉપર મુકરર કરેલી જગ્યામ અને તારીખ અને સમયની અંદર પોતપોતાનું ઉમેદવારીપત્ર યોગ્યે રીતે ભરી જરૂરી કેળવણી વિષયક લાયકાતના દાખલા સાથે પોતે જાતે અગર પોતા માટે દરખાસ્તણ કરનાર (Proposer) અને અનુમોદન આપનાર (Seconder) મારફતમ રીટેનીંગ ઓફીસરને આપવું. દરખાસ્તળ કરનાર અને અનુમોદન આપનારે ઉમેદવારીપત્ર આપતી વેળા કોઇપણ સંજોગોમાં રીટેનીંગ ઓફીસર સમક્ષ જાતે અવશ્ય હાજર રહેવાનું છે. તથાપિ આ બાબતમાં જણાવવાનું કે, ઉમેદવારોએ ૧૯૪૭ ના ધી મુંબઇ પ્રાયમરી એજયુકેશન એકટ તથા ૧૯૪૯ ના ધી મુંબઇ પ્રાયમરી એજયુકેશન રૂલ્સા જોઇ લેવા અને તેમાં ઠરાવેલા ધોરણો અનુસાર વ્ય વસ્થા૪ કરવી.
