STV Group plc announces that application has been made to the FCA for the listing of, and to the London Stock Exchange for the Admission of, 248,011 Ordinary Shares of 50p each fully paid, ranking pari passu with the existing ordinary shares, to the Official List.

Admission is expected to take place on 15 August 2014 and the shares will be issued to satisfy awards under the STV Group plc Sharesave Scheme.
