STV Group plc ("the Company") announces that today, options were exercised by Rob Woodward, Chief Executive Officer and George Watt, Chief Financial Officer under the STV Group plc Sharesave Scheme. The options were originally granted on 30 September 2014 at a price of 338p and mature today.
