NOTIFICATION OF DIRECTOR SHAREHOLDING

The Company announces that Rob Woodward, Chief Executive Officer, yesterday sold 100,000 shares at a price of 383p per ordinary share. This figure represents 0.25% of the issued share capital of the Company.

Following the sale, Mr Woodward's aggregate holding is 419,322 shares representing 1.07% of the company's issued share capital. This represents approximately 400% of Mr Woodward's current salary.
